Every package that leaves your line carries a weight promise to the retailer and the consumer. An underweight pack triggers a customer complaint or a retailer fine. An overweight pack quietly wastes product margin on every unit. A manual scale at the end of the line cannot catch either one fast enough — and sampling always misses the one bad package that matters.
The Fanchi-tech FA-CW series is an inline dynamic checkweigher built to sit on your packaging line and weigh every single package at full production speed. The machines in these photos were photographed on our Shanghai assembly floor, showing the double-belt layout that separates good product from rejected product on one continuous flow.
This FA-CW unit uses a two-level conveyor layout:
This keeps two streams physically separated: accepted packs continue down the line to packing or palletizing, rejected packs collect on the reject belt for operator inspection. No manual sorting, no line stoppage, no confusion about which pack failed.
The FA-CW range covers light sachets through large cartons. Match the model to your pack weight:

Choose by actual pack weight, not nominal label weight. Send us your product range and line speed, and we will match the model.
The machine you see in the photos reflects the standard FA-CW construction:
Beyond flipper/flip reject, other reject options are available — air blast, pusher, drop-down and up-lift — to fit pack shape, speed and floor layout.
Shanghai Fanchi-tech Machinery Co., Ltd. has built food inspection equipment since 2010 and ships checkweighers, metal detectors and X-ray systems to 30+ countries. Our machines use standard off-the-shelf components that your local technician can service — no proprietary lock-in. Every unit leaves our floor after calibration and a continuous run test. A 12-month parts and service warranty covers every machine.
Can it reject both underweight and overweight at the same time?
Yes. You set the upper and lower limits on the HMI. Anything outside the band is diverted to the reject belt; anything inside passes through.
Do we need compressed air on site?
The flip reject works on plant compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa. Check your air supply before ordering; we will specify exact consumption in the quotation.
Can the reject mechanism be changed later?
Yes. Flipper, air blast, pusher, drop-down and up-lift reject options are available depending on model and pack type.
How fast is the machine for our line?
Speed depends on pack weight and belt size — from 180 pcs/min on light sachets to 60 pcs/min on 60kg cartons. Tell us your current line speed and we confirm a match.
Do you provide calibration and training?
Yes. We ship a calibrated machine with operation and maintenance manuals, plus remote installation guidance and operator training; on-site engineer support is available on request.
Send us a few sample packages and your target weight range. We run them on the matching FA-CW model on our floor and send back the weighing report — so you see the accuracy before you order.
